Warwick Street · Redwood City

Home expansion and complete renovation

This project expanded and renovated an existing residence into a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home. The work included architectural and engineering services, construction documents, and construction following plan approval.

The completed home pairs a cottage exterior with updated living spaces, a white kitchen, stone island, and integrated cabinetry. Vaulted spaces connect the renovation’s interior design with the structure of the existing house.

Hillsborough kitchen renovation

Complete interior renovation

For a returning client, this kitchen was taken back to the studs and rebuilt. The scope included architectural and structural plans, plumbing, electrical work, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances, and hardware.

Dark cabinetry, a light-colored island, wood floors, and coordinated lighting define the finished space. This project shows the level of trade and design coordination involved even when the work centers on one room.
